HOW IT WORKS - DEALERS

1.    Scroll to the bottom of this page and click-on the Print This Page button. Having a hard copy of the instructions will make your search much easier.

2.    Begin your FREE Candidate search from the Posted Profiles section.

3.    Select the position you are interested in filling i.e. Service Manager.

4.    Your selection will take you to a partial profile of eligible candidates who have posted their anonymous profiles for hiring dealers to view.

5.    Click-on the View Full Profile link to view a complete profile for each individual candidate. Once you have viewed the candidate’s profile, you may click-on Return to Results at the top of the page to return to the list of candidate partial profiles or select the Request an Interview to set-up an interview.

6.    You will be prompted to complete your Dealer Profile describing your dealership and the open position you are attempting to fill. None of your personal or dealership information will be released to any third party. Only you will do this if you choose to do so. We recommend that your initial interview occur over a phone not connected with your dealership.

7.    Upon submitting your interview request, the chosen candidate will be given three days to respond to your request. Should they have any questions, Autobullpen.com staff will relay as much information as possible to initiate the interview process.
