FAQ - Candidates

Be sure to view our candidate testimonials as well.

Q: Why should I post my profile on Autobullpen.com?

A: Autobullpen.com allows you the opportunity to market your skills to dealers that you would not otherwise know about. Each profile is kept confidential until candidates are ready to release their identity. It’s simple, free and totally confidential.

Q: Will Autobullpen.com keep my job search confidential?

A: Autobullpen.com will only release a candidate's information to a third party after receiving that candidate's permission. In most cases, we initiate the interview process with each party using the anonymous Candidate and Dealer Profiles. We advise candidates and dealers contact each other by phone (a private party cell phone not assocaited with the candidate or the dealership) to discuss the open position and your experience. If both parties decide to proceed forward with a face-to-face interview at the conclusion of this conversation, they will do so on their own. Autobullpen.com does not recommend candidates or dealers to either party. Please review our User Terms & Conditions which all parties must agree to before participating in our program.

Q: What will this service cost a dealer?

A: Dealers can search our online database for FREE. Search for the candidate, who has posted his or her anonymous profile, and request an interview.

If a dealer would like to continue a search, Autobullpen staff will be happy to send a FREE broadcast email to our subscribers describing the open position.

If dealers would like our staff to continue our search for a unique candidate, email us at info@autobullpen.com and we will be happy to help you. We charged a nominal fee for this service.

Q: How long will my profile remain on the site?

A: Your profile will remain on the site unless you request to have it removed. It can be edited or removed at any time. Send and email to info@autobullpen.com if you would like your profile deleted. Autobullpen.com reserves the right to edit or delete all postings.

Q: What is a video resume?

A: Several candidates have searched for new ways to convey their message to hiring dealers. A video resume is a video of you either explaining your work history and skill set or answering predetermined questions you feel a potential employer would likely ask you in an interview.
